Tapping for Depression

Tapping for depression? Doesn’t seem like much of an answer to such a huge problem.

Millions of people have been diagnosed with depression in the U.S. alone, and in light of  the present global situation, those numbers probably won’t go down any time soon.

Depression is a very serious affliction, and should be diagnosed by a professional. But what if you are concerned about all the side effects of anti-depression medications?

That’s where tapping for depression can really be helpful. It’s a fantastic addition to psychotherapy and counseling.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) has been shown to significantly increase the well-being of its users, while at the same time, decreasing the time taken to stabilize mental health and emotions.

Tapping therapy is free once you’ve learned how to use it;  it requires no special equipment, and can be performed anywhere.

Hmmm.. maybe depression can be helped by tapping, after all.
