To a rational person watching an EFT session for the first time, not only does it look pretty silly, the concept of healing yourself using your fingertips to tap on specific body and hand points is absolutely outlandish.

Even though at first this tapping therapy demonstration appears to be about getting to your proper weight, it actually applies to most any issue, including doubt that EFT tapping works.
