Tapping For Weight Loss

When using tapping for weight loss, it’s important to work on changing your relationship to food.
Your body has a physiological need for nutrition: it needs certain “building blocks” to do the job bringing energy to your muscles and organs, of repairing damaged tissues, replacing worn out cells, and so on.
But we also tend use food for other things that have nothing to do with nutrition. Here are some common ones:
- Stress relief
- Reward
- Stave off loneliness
- Filling emotional emptiness
- Protection
- Self-punishment
Decide where food has power over you and your life, and tap out those feelings and emotions. When you are no longer reacting to these negative statements, the next step in tapping to lose weight is to affirm what you will use food for.
